		<description>Hi - I am being eaten alive in my own yard,
 
I believe the mosquitoes in my yard are due to mulch that I bought that was never put down.  It has been sitting on tarps as we have had so much rain that there has rarely been a dry day to do it.  Most of the tarps are covering the mulch, but I believe they are still breeding in the mulch.  What do you suggest that I use to kill them as I don&#039;t want to throw the mulch away.  I would like to put it in my gardens, but will not if you think there is no way I can get rid of the mosquitoes.  Please let me know.
